By accessing or using UG Card services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Use of Services
You agree to use UG Card services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.
Cryptocurrency Risks
Cryptocurrency assets are volatile and may fluctuate significantly in value. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions. UG Card is not responsible for any losses due to market volatility.
Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined. Fees may be updated with 30 days notice.
Privacy
Your use of UG Card is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
UG Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
