What does invite only mean?

UG Card is released in limited waves. Access is reserved for approved members, and invitations are granted selectively.

How do I request access?

Use the Request Invite button. Share a few details and submit your request. If approved, you will receive onboarding instructions.

How are waves released?

Waves are opened periodically to maintain service quality and keep the experience controlled and consistent.

Do I need to hold a balance to level up?

Yes. Premium tiers are unlocked by the balance you keep with UG Card. Tiers cannot be purchased.

What is Premium and how do tiers work?

Premium is a tier system that increases access and benefits as your UG Card balance increases. There is no subscription and no one time upgrade fee.

Is there a virtual card and physical card?

Virtual card access may be available depending on your tier and region. Physical card availability varies by rollout and approval.

Where can I use the card?

UG Card is designed for broad merchant acceptance where cards are supported, subject to regional availability and compliance rules.

What regions are supported?

Availability varies by region. If your region is not currently supported, you can still request an invite to be considered for future waves.

Are fees and limits applied?

Fees and limits may apply depending on region, tier, and usage patterns. Details are shown during onboarding or within your account.

What do I need for approval?

Approval is based on internal eligibility checks and capacity. Submitting complete and accurate details improves review speed.
